The Russian Ballet Academy of South Africa will be hosting workshops and choreographic classes
to select dancers for a performance in October.
Maestro Vladimir Issaev, currently based in Miami, Florida, will
be visiting the Russian Ballet Academy in March of this year, to present masterclases in the classical ballet discuss and explain differences between the Vaganova and Balanchine Methods as well as teach choreography
for the well known Russian children’s ballet “FAIRY DOLL”. At the end of the week, dancers will be selected to partake in the October performance of this enjoyable ballet.
